The Axtion®DP is an especially light pylon foot for users with moderate to very high activity levels. The dynamic carbon heel element absorbs vibrations for comfortable heel to ground contact. In the further gait cycle, the carbon polyurethane sandwich structure permits a moderate multi-axial movement and produces a harmonic transition from heel strike to toe push-off. The carbon fiber toe plate effectively releases the stored energy, so that the Axtion® DP meets even demanding sporting ambitions. The pylon shifts bodyweight in a proximal direction and thereby supports a natural gait pattern. It furthermore permits rotation movements of up to 8 degrees in every direction. These product characteristics allow the Axtion® DP to stand out in sports and outdoor activities, but also provide especially dynamic movement in everyday life.

Depending on bodyweight, two differing pylon widths A and B are available. The respective matching adapters can be ordered separately, as well as the foot cosmetics. We supply a Spectra-Sock protective sock as well as a tool for changing the foot cosmetics at no extra charge with the Axtion® DP. The various adapters for the Axtion® DP offer a wide range of configuration options. The Axtion®DP 1E58 is recommended for mobility grades 3 and 4 and is suitable for patients with lower leg amputations, knee ex-articulation, thigh amputation or hip ex-articulation.
